Your ideal client in real estate — your “avatar” — is absolutely critical. Why? Because once you narrow down that ideal client within a geographic range, it becomes much easier to use targeted marketing to attract those clients.
In this episode, I go over moving from simple demographics into psychographics, in order to really hone in on your avatar and market to that person. The purpose of marketing, after all, is to go out and find those people (avatars) who will help you to achieve your financial goals.
